Litigating LGBTQ+ Discrimination Cases in New York

This CLE, presented by LGBT Bar NY and Legal Services NYC,will provide strategies and guidance on identifying discrimination claims and litigating these claims under New York City, New York State, and federal law. The program will focus on various types of discrimination faced by LGBQ and TGNCI people, including source of income discrimination, employment discrimination, and discrimination in public accommodations.
